I guess I can talk about this now. My next solo show will be on April 26th at Mondo Gallery in Austin, TX.

I’ve been busting my buns on this show, and I’m quite excited about it! It’s only my second solo show and I’m honored to be doing it at the Mondo Gallery.

Hopefully you can make it out and we can share some prolonged and awkward eye contact from across the room.

Here is my piece for tonight’s “Required Reading” show at Gallery1988. I’m really excited about how it turned out, and it’s the first time I’ve done a piece that is a weird size, but I love how it looks in person.
It’s an 8.25”x19.75” giclee, limited to 100.
I’ll be hanging out at the gallery tonight with Olly Moss & Kevin Tong, so come out and say hello!  View high resolution

Electric Playground covered “Gag Me With A Toon 3” from earlier this month and they interviewed me about my Raphael piece and why cartoons have such a lasting impact on our generation.

    Check it out!

“Prince of Darkness” - by Mike Mitchell, 16”x20” giclee on cotton rag. Edition of 100.
I did this for 1988 Venice’s Grand Opening show “Multiplayer.” A show focusing on video game art. I have always wanted to do a Katamari piece, and this is what happened….
